They are seeking a Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate who will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere in the fragrance department, maintaining merchandise, and supporting the sales team during the busy season.

Responsibilities

Help maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor

Prepare products, restock displays, or assist with transactions

Anticipate team needs, keep the space shop-ready, and help create magical moments for customers

Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact

Wear name badge with pride, greet teammates with a warm hello, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers

Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions

Focus on the customer - offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations

Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, process damages, testers and select merchandise to return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves

Share Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you

Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities

Required

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
