InternDreamscape Learn is a growing organization seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People/HR Intern. This role offers students or recent graduates hands-on experience in human resources and people operations while assisting with various HR functions.

Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and organizing files
Help onboard new hires, including preparing orientation materials and setting up systems access
Participate in planning and executing employee engagement and culture initiatives
Conduct research on HR best practices, policies, and compliance requirements
Assist with performance management, training, and development projects
Provide general administrative support to the People team
Qualification
Required
Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or People Operations
