Responsibilities

Develop test plans, hardware, software, and test reports

Oversee the execution of electrical and environmental testing as necessary

Design specialized test equipment and develop operating procedures

Perform vibration, shock, thermal, altitude, power and RF testing as needed

Interpret test results, identify and resolve product failures

Work cross-functionally to resolve product issues with RF Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Quality

Lead test plan and test report review

Identify improvements in yield, coverage, execution, and reliability of test solutions
