Responsibilities

Lead the development of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and AI-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities

Required

Strong foundation in data science, AI/ML, and advanced analytics (Bachelor's required, Master's preferred)
7+ years of experience in data analysis and modeling, including 5+ years applying machine learning techniques in real-world scenarios
Hands-on expertise in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks such as Scikit-Learn or TensorFlow
Experience with statistical modeling, A/B testing, forecasting, and anomaly detection
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear, data-driven solutions

Preferred

Experience with healthcare or medical associations, Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
