Senior Project Manager (IT with focus on Finance and High Radius) - Onsite/Hybrid
MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a focus on Finance and High Radius. The Project Manager will lead the deployment of High Radius within a client environment, build relationships with stakeholders, and manage project plans and documentation while ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in driving IT projects and have a functional understanding of the finance function
Implement a finance product high radius collection and facilitate organizational adaptation
Liaison with stakeholders such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, Vendors, and End-users regarding project requirements
Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives
Manages project milestones to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and scope of project
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to the BD’s project management life cycle guidelines
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress of the project including scope, critical success factors, deliverables, work breakdown structure, project schedule, budget, quality, resource plan, stakeholder management, and communications
Manage scope change requests and coordinate with the Project Owner for further action
Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors for the seamless execution of projects
Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
Report and escalate risks to the management, as needed
Prepare project status reports in coordination with the other PMO members
Qualification
Required
10+ years of project management work experience using PMBOK guidelines
5+ years' experience focused on finance tools and technologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Project, SharePoint
The HRC Project Manager will be responsible to assist the Program Manager in leading the deployment of High Radius within client
The project scope consists of enabling Finance credit and collections functionality in High Radius
The Project Manager will need to build effective relationships with stakeholders such as Functional Leads, Business Partners, Project Owner(s), Business Analysts, and Vendors regarding project requirements
Project Manager must be versed in Finance functionality and be able to operate in an Agile, Waterfall, and/or hybrid project methodologies
The Project Manager will need to communicate across different countries/time zones as team members

Program Management Concepts
Proven experience in project management, particularly in establishing and driving IT projects related to the finance function
Strong understanding of corporate finance and human resources processes
Has practical knowledge of the core Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) concepts and principles (e.g., agile, work breakdown structure, waterfall planning)
Demonstrated experience in driving projects from initiation through closure
Skilled in establishing detailed scope, schedule, resources, and budget using standard project tools (MS Project/SharePoint/etc.)
Experienced establishing Stakeholder management plans, Risk/issue management plans, Vendor management plans and Quality plans
Experienced establishing and following controls to manage scope change and reporting project schedule/budget performance
Proactive in surfacing risks and issues. Ability to engage project team and stakeholder community to resolve issues and define risk mitigations

Interpersonal Skills
Experienced in the techniques to work in a virtual/cross cultural meeting environment
Ability to lead effective meetings/workshops. Creating meeting objectives, agendas, and timely distribution of meeting minutes
Ability to manage meeting discussions to achieve meeting objectives and timeline
Preferred
BS in business administration or project management with 6 years working in a global manufacturing company in FDA regulated environment
ACP, SCRUM Certification, PMP, PgMP, Prince II, or equivalent
Experience in managing large scale transformation projects
Working knowledge of High Radius Collections
Project may require approx. ?10 % travel
