They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project/Program Manager to lead and manage complex projects involving Oracle applications and systems, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Oracle-focused initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on Oracle technologies
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus

Preferred

Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
Familiarity with Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, and other Oracle products
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in managing remote and distributed teams
