Clinical Lead Comnunity Treatment Team
Trinity Health is a community-based health and human services organization dedicated to treating vulnerable populations. They are seeking a Clinical Lead to provide supervision and direction to team members while offering psychotherapy, case management, and mental health support services.

Responsibilities
The primary function is to provide supervision and direction to team members; the Clinical Lead also provides psychotherapy, case management, and mental health supports
Be an integral member of a Treatment Team, in constant collaboration with psychiatrists and other agency staff
Assist clients with accessing services, build support networks and resolve conflicts
Provide consumer-centered, recovery-oriented mental health service delivery model that has received substantial empirical support for facilitating community living, psychosocial rehabilitation, and recovery for persons with the most serious mental illnesses who have not benefited from traditional outpatient programs
Provide on call services on a rotating basis ($50.00/day)
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Human Services and 1 year of clinical experience, preferably diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions
Valid License in one of the following preferred: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist
Valid driver license
Ability to drive an organization vehicle
Act 33/34/73 Clearances (Criminal/Child/FBI Department of Human Services)
Pre-Employment Drug Screen
Child Protective Services Law training (CPSL)
