Responsibilities
Attend pre-detailing meetings, production meetings, and 100 ton meetings to relay info between customer and plant
Follow up on submittals, RFI’s, calcs to ensure timely return
Coordinate / Communicate delivery schedules
Communicate change orders and conduct follow up
Visit customers, jobsites, erectors, and general contractors
Assist sales team with Salesforce and follow up
Qualification
Required
2 to 5 years of sales experience
Understanding of joist, deck, and the construction process
Incredible communication and organization skills
Work accurately and efficiently under pressure
Ability to multi-task and be able to problem solve
Work well with multiple team members and be willing to pick up additional tasks when required
Preferred
Associates Degree in Project Management
Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, OIS, and JEDI
Knowledge of AutoCAD
