Responsibilities
Being responsible for project priorities, staffing forecast, and providing quality review

Collaborate with regional and local managers, and manage marketing and production efforts
Qualification
Required
CA Professional Engineer License (PE) or PEng
Strong mathematical, analytical, time management skills
Education A bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field is often required
Extensive project management experience, min 10 years, to handle project elements such as planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery
Rail Industry Knowledge Familiarity with rail track, rail signal, or rail grade crossing design and construction
Project Management Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and handling multiple railroad projects within the area of responsibility
Transit Experience min 15 years of rail track, signal, or grade crossing design or construction experience
Leadership Abilities Ability to work in a dynamic matrix environment, collaborate with regional and local managers, and manage marketing and production efforts
