Responsibilities

Coordinate and track day-to-day operational tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and communication between internal teams and clinic partners

Assist in organizing audits, quality reviews, and follow-up actions across clinics and operational departments

Manage internal documentation and operational records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility

Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and data tracking using Excel and/or other reporting tools

Monitor progress on key operational initiatives, flag issues, and help implement process improvements

Coordinate travel logistics, meetings, and internal events as needed

Respond to operational inquiries from clinics and escalate issues as appropriate
