Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve results

Collaborate with BDC Manager and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Help create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment

Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

Prepare regular reports on team performance and sales activities for management

Required
