CRM Analyst

Responsibilities

Serve on a team of CRM professionals who provide technical resource for the university's CRM systems, including Technolutions Slate and Salesforce
Resolve a wide range of business process issues by designing, configuring, and implementing solutions within the CRMs and integrated SaaS applications for workflow and forms
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to support the entire student lifecycle, from prospective students to alumni engagement, ensuring data integrity and a seamless user experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
4 - 7 years of related experience
Must pass a background check
Thorough knowledge of business and process analysis functions
Strong skills and knowledge of methodologies associated with analysis of processes and problems, information flow and architecture
Thorough knowledge of related areas of IT
Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team
Able to learn effectively and meet deadlines
Demonstrates problem solving skills
Broad knowledge relating to software design
In-depth understanding and skill in process and systems requirement documentation standards, such as Use Case modeling, User Story creations and narrative description
Demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds
Thorough knowledge of business processes and procedures
Demonstrated testing and test planning skills
Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization
Interpersonal and communications skills to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization
Demonstrated proficiency with at least one enterprise CRM platform (e.g., Slate, Salesforce, etc.) for system administration and configuration
