Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners in the U.S
Act as a liaison between U.S. partners and R&D teams in Taiwan and China to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Oversee Windows project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all objectives are met efficiently
Utilize detailed project management skills to track and manage project resources, risks, and schedules
Maintain a neutral and balanced approach to decision-making, ensuring all stakeholder views are considered
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude in all interactions

Required

Proven experience in program management, with a focus on technology projects

Experience working with international teams, particularly in Taiwan and China, is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic overview of projects
Ability to remain objective and unbiased in decision-making processes
Highly proactive and positive personality, capable of driving projects forward with enthusiasm

Preferred

Expertise in low power or performance tuning technologies is a significant plus, adding value to projects that require energy-efficient solutions
