Class 1/Class A Owner Operator
MacEwen Petroleum Inc. is one of northern New York’s leading fuel delivery providers, seeking an experienced Class 1/Class A Owner Operator for fuel and propane loading and delivery. The role involves ensuring safe and accurate delivery of fuels and petroleum products, while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities
Must have heavy spec tractor
Ensure the safe loading of fuels onto/from the delivery truck
Ensure the accurate and safe delivery of fuels and petroleum products to customers
Ensure the safe transportation of all products
Ensure accurate recording of product delivery, maintenance of E-log, delivery reports and fuel tickets
To work safely, abiding by all safety regulations and rules, and wearing all safety equipment when required
Must possess a clean commercial abstract and CVOR
Proven cross-border experience with knowledge of customs procedures and documentation (FAST card or TWIC preferred)
Must have or be willing to obtain TWIC, FAST card, or other cross-border credentials as required
Ability to work independently and manage schedule to meet delivery timelines

Valid CDL Class A (U.S.) or Class 1 (Canada) with Tanker and HAZMAT endorsements
Minimum 3 years of driving experience required
Fuel haulage and/or delivery experience is required
Must pass the Canadian Petroleum Products Institute test if based in Canada
Must be comfortable with routes with overnight and multi-day trips
Ability to work to various weather conditions
Working with flammable materials — high attention to safety required
Regular interaction with border agencies and fuel terminals
