Responsibilities
Work on large-scale Road and Highway projects
Utilize highway/roadway design expertise
Work directly with the Northern California team, Contractor and Owner to solve complex problems
Identify innovative solutions
Identify applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems
Lead functional teams or projects and serve as a best practice/quality resource
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
At least 8+ years of experience in transportation work with an emphasis on roadway/highway
Professional Engineer License (PE) or ability to obtain in one year
Civil3D, MicroStation and Inroads background
Experience with plans preparation
Preferred
Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projects
Previous California Department of Transportation experience
