Senior Client Executive (US)
LAB3 is a leading technology company looking to expand its presence in the United States by hiring an experienced Senior Client Executive. This role involves developing new territories, building partnerships with clients, and driving sales initiatives to achieve sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Help develop a new territory for LAB3, using existing contacts and referrals to relate compelling stories about LAB3’s ability to transform businesses and solve problems with technology to C-suite and decision makers
Develop deep and enduring partnerships with new and existing clients. As a trusted advisor, you will need to understand and realise help your clients’ immediate and long-term goals
Fully understand client needs by being naturally curious, asking insightful questions and collaborating with technical teams to help craft impactful solutions
Leverage your experience in solution selling to create compelling value propositions that resonate with client needs and strategic objectives
Lead impactful, consultative discussions that position LAB3 as not only a service provider but also a strategic partner and thought leader in business transformation
Collaborate with our key technology partner, Microsoft & other technology vendors to identify and cultivate new client opportunities
Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements to introduce innovative solutions that align with evolving client needs and competitive requirements
Drive sales initiatives with a focus on sustainable growth, leveraging a strategic approach to expand LAB3's footprint in key accounts
Qualification
Required
Experienced technology sales professional with a proven track record of meeting (and exceeding) targets, particularly in selling services and solutions
Pro at building and maintaining relationships at senior, Director & C-suite levels
Keen technical curiosity in industry trends
Ability to identify client issues, effectively communicate our value proposition, accurately capture requirements, problem solve, and present products and services
Technical foundation and capability to understand business transformation needs and work with internal/external teams to develop a technology transformation road map
Experience selling technology solutions to customers with large complex tech environments
Solid base knowledge of technology products and services, ideally within the Azure & wider Microsoft ecosystem
Currently based anywhere in the US, with full work rights in the US and established contacts in the region
