Property Administrator

Responsibilities
Support Property Management staff in preparation of regular ownership reports, budgets, contracts, and other items as needed
Track vendor and tenant certificate of insurance expiration dates, request renewals, ensure compliance with standard coverage terms and conditions
Assist in maintaining service contracts, tracking expirations and prepare bid packages when necessary
Establish and maintain property, lease and vendor files such as contact lists, inventory lists, correspondence, and other items as needed
Provide administrative support for REMS management team including, but not limited to, phones, mail, supplies, correspondence, filing, and copying
Monitor aged receivables and collection efforts on a monthly basis
Coding invoices for payment and processing
Qualification
Required
1 - 3 year's experience in property management within the commercial real estate industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc
Strong customer service background
