They are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to transform business requirements into well-engineered solutions, ensure quality code, and collaborate with cross-geographical teams.

Responsibilities
Transform the business requirements to well-engineered solutions
Aim for defect-free programming, create, and maintain quality code, provide support during testing cycles and post-production deployment
Make sure applications are free of common coding vulnerabilities (and follow standard security practices)
Collaborate effectively with cross geographical teams that include developers, testers, product managers
Document the solutions to address the requirements
Evaluate the level of effort required to develop solutions
Positively contribute to the improvement of the team’s quality, efficiency, and capability
Follow and contribute to your teams’ processes, best practices, methodologies, and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Experience with systems software engineering
Sound understanding of computer architecture and CS fundamentals
Proficient in NodeJS and React
Detailed problem-solving approach and knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis
Experience in building large scale products or data systems
Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), data modeling, and query optimization
Grit, drive and a strong feeling of ownership coupled with collaboration
BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient english level
Preferred
Proficient in Python
Experience with Backend System Design
Experience handling complex problems at scale
Experience writing secured backend code at scale
Experience with web app development
Understanding and experience with cloud solutions (AWS)
Experience with Scrum and Kanban
Experience working on a Startup
