Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs from inception through successful delivery by identifying systemic bottlenecks and architecting innovative solutions to revolutionize NPI efficiency, scalability, and time-to-market
Identify and manage critical program dependencies and risks, developing comprehensive mitigation strategies and effectively escalating issues when necessary
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Technical Program Managers
Foster a collaborative, empowering, and results-oriented team environment, setting clear expectations and providing continuous feedback and development opportunities
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader, building consensus and influencing executive leadership, Engineering VPs, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Data Center Operations, Platform Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Management, etc.)

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
8 years of progressive experience in data center operations, infrastructure management, or a relevant technical domain
8 years of experience in infrastructure
5 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports
4 years of experience managing projects

Preferred

8 years of experience in managing cross-functional/team projects
5 years of supervisory experience
Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and public cloud providers like Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Understanding of data center infrastructure components (i.e., servers, machine learning, storage, power, and cooling) and their interdependencies, particularly in the context of new technology integration
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills with the ability to inspire teams, build strong relationships, and negotiate effectively across all organizational levels
