Responsibilities
Define and own the strategic vision, roadmap, and portfolio for Belden's Warehousing & Logistics solution line
Lead deep discovery of customer problems, market needs, and evolving industry trends within the Warehousing & Logistics vertical
Drive the solution Bill of Materials (BOM) lifecycle management, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring optimal performance and market fit
Collaborate with Product Group and Global Vertical Leads to ensure product development aligns with solution line needs and supports vertical execution at scale
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Line Managers, acting as the primary internal advocate and subject matter expert for your solution line
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience (7+ years) in product management, solution management, or strategic marketing within the warehousing, logistics, or supply chain technology sector
Proven ability to define and own strategic visions, roadmaps, and portfolios for complex solution lines
Deep understanding of customer problems, market trends, and competitive landscapes within the Warehousing & Logistics vertical
Strong cross-functional leadership, customer-centricity, and team development skills
Demonstrated accountability for revenue growth, market share, and successful launch/adoption of new solutions within a vertical
