Responsibilities
Leverage firm learning resources to continuously build expertise in Workday and related technology platforms
Analyze complex client technical requirements, apply logical problem-solving skills, and communicate solutions in clear, simple language
Deliver innovative solutions by enhancing and implementing existing software tools and platforms, while also contributing to the development of new solutions
Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes within systems and providing effective, actionable resolutions
Investigate integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and present findings and recommendations to management
Develop and maintain detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and design documentation to support the full integration deployment lifecycle
Identify opportunities for client enhancements by leveraging new features and functionality introduced in Workday releases
Qualification
Required
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Java preferred
Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with passionate stakeholders and end users
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
