Assist with onboarding activities and orientation programs to support a smooth transition for new employees

Support talent development initiatives including training coordination, tracking learning activities, and organizing development resources

Participate in employee engagement efforts such as surveys, recognition programs, and internal communications

Assist in monitoring compliance with HR policies and procedures, including documentation and reporting

Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement, culture-building, and employee experience

Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry
