Responsibilities
Configure and implement Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions, ensuring alignment with client workforce policies and compliance needs
Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions that follow Workday best practices
Support full-cycle project delivery, including configuration, unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, providing guidance on calculation rules, accruals, eligibility rules, and absence compliance
Work closely with other functional areas (e.g., Payroll, Scheduling, Finance) to ensure seamless integration and operational alignment
Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user training
Contribute to project planning and status reporting, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
Stay current on Workday releases, updates, and best practices to continuously enhance solution delivery
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on Time Tracking and Absence Management
Demonstrated experience in Workday configuration for Time and Absence, including accrual calculations, validation rules, and compliance setup
Familiarity with labor laws, leave policies, and workforce scheduling practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in configuration and testing
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative project team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
