Responsibilities
Lead client Workday Financial Management workstreams, ensuring best practices are applied across Core Financials, Procurement, and Expense Management
Oversee project lifecycles, including scope, timelines, and deliverables, while managing risks and ensuring successful outcomes
Partner with senior client stakeholders to align Workday solutions with strategic business objectives and financial processes
Design, configure, and deliver scalable Workday solutions, including business processes, reporting, dashboards, and calculated fields
Support data conversion, integrations, and testing activities across complex client environments
Mentor and develop junior and senior consultants, fostering delivery excellence and knowledge sharing
Identify enhancement opportunities with new Workday releases and ensure adoption of innovative features
Contribute to business development through client presentations, proposal support, and relationship management
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on Workday Financials implementation experience across Core Financials, Procurement, and Expense Management
Proven success managing large-scale Workday Financials implementations with multiple clients
Strong project workstream experience, with the ability to manage deliverables and timelines effectively
Advanced report writing skills with experience building dashboards, custom validations, condition rules, and calculated fields
Solid understanding of financial systems, processes, and end-to-end business cycles (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Customer-to-Cash, etc.)
Proficiency in Workday reporting tools and tenant configuration practices
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients concurrently, including short-duration projects
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred
Workday Certification or Workday PRO certification highly desirable
Adaptive Insights experience is a plus
