Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 along with supporting reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)
Track project costs, analyze variances, and identify potential cost overruns
Create and maintain project budgets and forecasts
Generate reports using data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI preferred) to communicate project performance to stakeholders
Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies
Support the project team with contract administration and change order management
Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience in project controls within the construction or engineering industry
Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Travel may be required
