The Vice President, Marketing Solutions, will lead marketing innovation strategies and oversee growth channels, while partnering with executive leadership to ensure financial accountability and compliance with governance standards.

Responsibilities

Shape and drive enterprise-wide marketing innovation strategies in alignment with Risepoint’s mission and growth objectives
Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategic planning and decision-making
Own the P&L for Marketing Solutions Innovation, ensuring investments deliver measurable ROI and align with company financial goals
Oversee resource planning and allocation to maximize impact and efficiency
Provide direction and oversight for established Strategic Growth Channels, ensuring each has clear strategies, rigorous planning, and alignment to partner and portfolio objectives
Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to strengthen go-to-market execution and growth planning
Scope, evaluate, and prioritize new marketing solutions growth opportunities, including market sizing, business case development, resourcing needs, and pilot design
Incubate validated initiatives and transition successful pilots into scalable business models
Establish repeatable frameworks for testing, learning, and scaling growth solutions across the portfolio
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the SVP, Marketing Solutions, shaping the future roadmap of offerings and new areas to explore as a team
Act as a senior connector across Marketing, Product, Student Success, and Partner Management to ensure initiatives are aligned, resourced, and executed effectively
Represent Marketing Solutions in executive and partner forums, articulating value, impact, and opportunities for shared success
Ensure all innovation initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
Identify and mitigate risks associated with new business models and go-to-market strategies
Provide thought partnership and coaching to a team of directors, elevating strategic thinking, planning, and execution discipline
Build durable innovation capabilities across the organization, ensuring Risepoint can continuously identify, evaluate, and scale new opportunities
Define success metrics and operating cadences for new initiatives
Use data-driven insights to prioritize investments, assess performance, and refine growth strategies
Perform in accordance with Risepoint policies
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree required
12+ years of professional experience
8+ years in strategy, marketing, or operations leadership, ideally with experience in higher education, edtech, or other high-growth industries
Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from idea through execution and scale
Demonstrated success in business planning, modeling, and innovation management
Experience managing and coaching senior leaders/directors
Experience as both strategist and operator required
Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and design actionable solutions
Strong builder: Proven ability to turn ideas into business plans into scalable execution
Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and with external partners
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with executive presence
Servant leader: Combines strategic vision with a willingness to dive into details, from structuring analysis to building presentations, to enable and elevate the work of their team

Preferred

MBA or master's degree preferred
Consulting background strongly preferred
