Responsibilities
Proactively prospect and follow up on leads with strong accountability to ensure no opportunities are missed
Provide consistent client communication and feedback to build trust and maintain long-term engagement
Partner with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts and drive successful closings
Conduct in-depth market analysis to recommend optimal listing prices and maximize results for sellers
Manage MLS listings and marketing campaigns, using digital tools, social media, and marketing systems to drive visibility and quick sales
Collaborate effectively with virtual staff to streamline operations and deliver efficient, modern client service
Leverage technology platforms and team systems to track progress, report results, and maintain accountability
Participate in ongoing professional development, including lead generation training, script practice, and team coaching
Qualification
Required
Licensed real estate professional with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven strength in prospecting, lead generation, and consistent follow-up
Organized, accountable, and skilled at managing priorities to deliver results
Comfortable working with virtual staff and leveraging modern tools to stay efficient
Learning-based, growth-minded, and eager to practice scripts and dialogues
Excellent time management skills with a focus on accountability and follow-through
Collaborative team player who thrives in a performance-driven environment
