Greet customers warmly and address their service needs with a professional and courteous demeanor

Assess vehicle conditions and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services

Manage service schedules, ensuring timely completion and communication with customers

Accurately document service orders, customer concerns, and repair needs

Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any concerns

Ensure that all services are performed to the highest standards and meet BMW specifications

Required

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry

Proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues

Familiarity with dealership management software and basic computer skills
