Responsibilities

Responds to Customer Support Center, staff, site personnel and outside vendors to provide technical assistance and level 3 support of data and voice network systems

Constructing, configuring and installing infrastructure data and voice network/telecommunications related equipment

Leads Medium Data, Voice, AV, & Network Projects. May also act as IS Project Support and as a liaison between project managers and the network team on facilities projects

Regularly monitors all network (Data, Voice & AV) devices to provide rapid issue resolution and provide reporting metrics as needed

Analyze data traffic patterns within network infrastructure, detecting operational problems and recommending improvements to ensure optimal performance

Required
