Responsibilities
Lead, scale, and structure the crypto product design team, spanning both product and content design
Drive a high bar for design craft and user experience across all crypto initiatives
Partner closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders to shape strategy and execution
Define and communicate a clear design vision that aligns with broader company goals
Stay closely connected to the day-to-day of design execution while empowering the team to thrive
Attract, retain, and grow world-class design talent
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in crypto and a clear perspective on how design can shape innovative, user-centered product experiences in this space
Proven success in leading design at the Director level or equivalent in high-growth, product-led organizations
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence and partner at the executive level
A thoughtful and assertive leadership style—comfortable challenging opinions while championing the team
Relentless attention to detail and a passion for exceptional design craft
Experience growing and managing multidisciplinary design teams
