Ability to challenge advanced language models on topics like noun classes, verb conjugation, sentence structure, idiomatic expressions, tone and pronunciation, and cultural nuances
Experience in documenting failure modes of language models
Ability to converse with the model on language scenarios
Skill in verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness
Ability to capture reproducible error traces
Capability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Master's or PhD in Swahili language, linguistics, or a closely related field
Peer-reviewed publications
Translation experience
Hands-on linguistic analysis projects
