They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their North American commercial efforts by generating and qualifying new business opportunities across pharma, biotech, and CRO clients.

Responsibilities
Prospect and research potential clients in the U.S. biopharma and CRO ecosystem
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Directors of Clinical Solutions
Execute outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM
Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams on event follow-ups, campaigns, and lead nurturing
Provide feedback to continuously improve our outbound messaging and market segmentation
Represent Biorce’s mission and AI-driven vision with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of SDR, inside sales, or business development experience, ideally in healthtech, biotech, or SaaS
Understanding of clinical trials, pharma operations, or digital health is a strong plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and goal-oriented, with a passion for growth and learning
Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)
Comfortable working remotely and across time zones in a fast-paced, international environment
