Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance tasks on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
Efficiently and accurately assess mechanical problems, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
Conduct routine services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and alignments
Inspect and repair engines, transmissions, air conditioning systems, steering, and suspension
Complete manufacturer and dealership training to stay current on Mercedes-Benz vehicle technology and service standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure customers are informed about repairs and the status of their vehicles
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with diagnostic tools and software
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and meet productivity goals
Passion for delivering high-quality work and superior customer service
Preferred
Technical certification in automotive repair
Mercedes-Benz experience is a plus
Valid Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications or equivalent
