Responsibilities
Create visually compelling assets for digital and print, including campaigns graphics, social media visuals, emails and presentations as well as tradeshow material
Uphold brand guidelines while ensuring creative innovation and storytelling across all design output
Edit basic video content for a variety of channels, including social media, web, tradeshows and internal comms
Apply basic motion design techniques and visual effects to enhance content
Translate campaign strategies and creative briefs into engagement visual content
Support multiple brands and business units with adaptable design solutions that meet specific goals
Maintain organized design files, templates and video libraries
Prepare assets for various platforms and specs
Qualification
Required
Approximately 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing or related filed in both B2B and B2C industries
Proficiency in Figma and Creative Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment
Must be flexible, solution-forward and easily shift between static and dynamic content
Preferred
Experience within regulated industry (medical, healthcare, pharma) a plus
Experience with video editing tools strongly preferred
Familiarity with motion design and special effects preferred
Experience working with global teams
