Responsibilities
Acts as a product and business owner for LC-MS/MS solutions for clinical diagnostics
Be responsible for the VoC and competitive benchmark efforts to identify unmet need and develop value proposition of new product solutions for key therapeutic areas of responsibility
Lead the development of business cases for new product solutions or product enhancements
Develop comprehensive target product profile through both qualitative and quantitative market and customer requirement assessment
Lead VOC SME (Subject Matter Experts) customer relationship management and continuous customer feedback activities throughout the entire product development gate and phase process to ensure closed loop feedback between customers and new product/solution implementation
Partner with the Clinical, Regulatory and Quality departments for successful clinical studies, regulatory submissions and clearance to enable the launch of new solutions to the market
Define and implement the New Product Launch strategies. Partner with field marketing, sales and service management teams to establish and implement commercial launch plans, to maximize the sales impact in the first 2 years
Partner closely with Global Marketing, R&D, and Commercial teams on content generation to fulfill marketing strategy campaigns
Qualification
Required
Minimum BSc in a Scientific field or equivalent
Experience in LC/MS product management is required
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Extensive knowledge of high-throughput LC analysis
Good technical understanding of routine Clinical LC/MS assays
LC/MS and IVD/Medical Device Project Management
Continuous Process Improvement
Deep understanding of Waters' clinical products
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Preferred
MBA is highly desirable
IVD experience is desirable
Experience in a product management, business development, sales, or other customer-facing role in clinical diagnostic market is highly desired
Experience with developing 'Go-to-Market' product strategies
