Neurodiagnostic Technologist II- Riley
Riley Children's Health is part of IU Health, Indiana's largest comprehensive health system. They are seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technologist II to prepare and provide neurophysiological testing and monitoring, collaborating with team members and maintaining high quality recordings.

Responsibilities
Prepares and provides neurophysiological testing and monitoring in the clinical, Neurotelemetry, and EMU settings according to departmental guidelines
Demonstrates knowledge/understanding of ICU, Epilepsy and seizure, neonatal and typical neurophysiological patterns
Works with a minimal degree of supervision when recording and monitoring patient data
Reports findings and triages patient care needs when necessary
Maintains high quality recordings and skilled in troubleshooting techniques
Collaborates with the continued growth of less experienced team members, shares knowledge, and precepts peers
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required
Requires a minimum of R.EEG T. or EP credentialing based on department requirements
Requires current BLS certification
Requires ability to meet all requirements of competencies in which Registries are held
Requires manual dexterity, visual acuity and the ability to concentrate for extended amounts of time under stressful conditions in order to properly and effectively administer Neurophysiological monitoring and testing
Requires the ability to recognize neurological comprising conditions and communicate those conditions to assure appropriate actions are taken
Preferred
2-5 years of relevant experience preferred
Graduate from a CAAHEP accredited Neurodiagnostic Program is preferred
