Responsibilities
Develop and manage test procedures, scripts, and fixtures for hardware and PCBA systems
Lead system-level and component-level testing and validation
Support failure analysis and troubleshooting for product and process issues
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable test solutions for production
Provide hands-on technical support for test systems and equipment
Coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers on test requirements
Track performance metrics and maintain documentation for test results
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Qualification
Required
8+ years in test engineering, manufacturing test, or related roles
Experience designing, automating, and maintaining test equipment and fixtures
Skilled in creating test plans, procedures, and validation documentation
Hands-on experience with PCB assembly, control systems testing, and automated test scripts
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Preferred
Familiarity with CAD software and LabVIEW or similar platforms a plus
