Sr Project Architect

Responsibilities
Research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients in a variety of industries
Apply knowledge of architectural design
Work on zoning, building codes, and building systems and materials
Utilize technical expertise to mentor other professionals including less experienced Architects and Designers
Deliver excellence in all phases of projects, from planning through construction administration and close-out
Maintain firm-wide quality standards while working closely with technical leadership and engineering discipline leads
Understand design intent and goals for successful implementation for various building design projects
Actively work on advanced technology facilities with clients and produce cutting edge design solutions supporting the development of Open AI and other critical facilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor in Architecture from an accredited Architectural Program
15+ years of professional experience
Professional Architectural License and be able to be licensed in multiple states
Demonstrated program experience in the usage of Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office and Adobe suite
Extensive experience with building codes and other regulations required
Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules
Ability to work well across multiple teams and lead small architectural teams
Ability to travel to project sites in the US
Preferred
Masters in Architecture
Experience with designing advanced facilities (Data Centers, Life Science or other Industrial Facilities that also include office environments)
Participation in professional organizations
LEED AP credentials
