Responsibilities

Conduct vehicle dynamics evaluations on proving grounds and public roads to assess ride, handling, and stability
Support development and tuning of chassis systems such as suspension, steering, braking, and tires
Perform instrumented testing, data acquisition, and analysis to validate vehicle performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CAE, Controls, NVH, ADAS, etc.) to refine vehicle dynamics performance
Document test results and provide detailed engineering reports and recommendations
Support system-level problem solving and root cause analysis
Use simulation and analysis tools to correlate test and model results

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
3–6 years of experience in vehicle dynamics, chassis development, or ride & handling testing
Experience with data acquisition and analysis tools (e.g., CANalyzer, CANape, MATLAB, Diadem)
Working knowledge of vehicle control systems (ABS, ESC, steering, suspension)
Hands-on experience in proving ground or on-road testing
Valid driver's license (mandatory)

Preferred

Experience with simulation tools (e.g., CarSim, Adams, Simulink)
Exposure to vehicle dynamics tuning or benchmarking
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to travel occasionally for testing or validation activities
