Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and deploy critical components of a new Agentic App, delivering production-grade solutions
Translate high-level product goals into actionable engineering tasks and technical plans
Evaluate and advocate for the right tools, frameworks, and technologies
Write clean, testable, and scalable code; conduct peer reviews and drive best practices in CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to launch customer-centric features
Communicate effectively with leadership to align on goals and priorities
Act as a technical leader and mentor, fostering growth across the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
10+ years of hands-on software development experience
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
Proven expertise in Java, Scala, and clean architecture principles
Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and 'always-up' systems
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and container orchestration tools like Argo CD
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A mindset of curiosity, ownership, and relentless focus on solving real customer problems with high-quality software
Preferred
Experience with Campaign Execution systems and Generative AI is a strong plus
