Responsibilities
Serve as Project Manager for water and wastewater treatment plant design, utility system improvements, and municipal infrastructure projects
Lead client communication, project coordination, and regulatory compliance efforts
Prepare and oversee the development of plans, specifications, design calculations, permitting documents, reports, and construction deliverables
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering staff
Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control throughout the entire project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering
Florida Professional Engineer (PE) License required
7+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering and municipal infrastructure projects
Familiarity with Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) regulations and permitting processes
Preferred
Ability to obtain additional state licensure through reciprocity is a plus
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, WaterCAD, or similar design software is a plus
