Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations for both Soho and Chelsea studios, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company-wide standards
Lead by example in delivering an elevated client experience consistent with brand standards
Analyze key performance indicators — including sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll — and proactively implement strategies to exceed goals
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute local marketing initiatives that drive client acquisition and community engagement
Respond to all client inquiries, issues, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
Cultivate strong relationships within the local health, fitness, and wellness communities, as well as with influencers and potential corporate partners
Create, manage, and maintain class and staff schedules to optimize studio performance
Oversee inventory management for supplies, retail, and beverages
Plan and lead team meetings, trainings, and social events that foster connection, motivation, and accountability
Recruit, train, and mentor instructors and studio leads, ensuring ongoing development and career growth
Drive overall studio performance, focusing on metrics such as class utilization, first-time visits, and membership growth
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or a client-focused industry
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities; able to adapt quickly and think on their feet
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Passion for health, wellness, and the JETSET Pilates brand
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities across locations
