Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate program/project objectives

Lead and/or support fast-paced Agile environment with fluid requirements and changing priorities, and familiar with sprint planning, PI planning, backlogs, ad hocs, and releases

Lead cross-functional technical teams including cybersecurity engineers, developers, and support staff. Manage project scope, status, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and deliverables in alignment with contract requirements and government expectations

Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to project acquisition and product programs

Organize, assign, and track IT technical development tickets (i.e. JIRA/Confluence)

Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams to accomplish team goals

Communicate with team, leads, and PM project status through reporting and meetings internally, externally, and to government management

Remove blockers to progress and manage dependencies to ensure team success

Ability to articulate and communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner

Prepare documentation and briefs on project status, budget, schedules, etc. for presentation to customers and management

Required

Bachelor's and 4 -7 years experience for mid-level and 9 years of experience for senior-level

Active Security Clearance Required: Secret

4+ years of related IT/cloud management experience

Must be able to interact with clients, peers, management, and tech leads in a constantly evolving environment to ensure a positive customer experience

Strong written, analytical, organizational, presentation, customer service, and facilitation skills
