Responsibilities
Assist the 6S Champion and area representatives with Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety activities
Create and order signage as instructed by the 6S Champion
Assist area representatives with signage design
Install or provide maintenance team with installation instructions
Create procedures and audits that align with the focus of 6S
Qualification
Required
Be enrolled in a four-year technical program related to the foundry industry
This position will require extensive computer use
Individuals must be proficient with computers
A good working knowledge of foundry sand and sand testing, along with casting defects, is a plus
