Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their product data challenges and business goals

Guide implementation teams, Inriver or partner led to ensure architectural integrity and quality assurance according to PIM standards and best practices

Ensure solutions meet performance, compliance, and security standards

Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions

Translate business needs into solution features and workflows

Support the development of training packages for internal, client and partner stakeholders

Provide subject matter expertise to Product management and Support teams within inriver

Create innovative solutions that drive implementation quality at scale, speed implementation and time to value, and reduce client TCO over the license term

Conduct comprehensive root cause analysis of legacy Inriver installations, providing tangible proposals for adoption by clients, their SI Partners or an Inriver implementation team
