Produce monthly invoices and statements
Input vendor invoices accurately and efficiently into the billing system
Complete vouchers for municipalities to accompany invoice transmissions
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving any billing discrepancies
Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries and documentation requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to improve invoicing processes and workflow efficiency
Generate reports and provide administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
Produce monthly invoices and statements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and the ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience in billing, accounting, or a related field preferred
Working knowledge of the Ajera billing system is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Adobe, and general accounting software
