Responsibilities
Meet established sales billings and bookings budget
Collect forecast information from customers and manage sales forecast
Responsible for penetrating target accounts, finding new projects and managing the design in process
Responsible to support production order and negotiate delivery schedules with customers
Responsible to support claims from customers
Generate quotations and negotiate pricing with customers
Generate strategy to grow sales in assigned sales territories
Make key topics and activities report to management weekly
Represent company at trade show / association meeting
Qualification
Required
College Degree - advanced technical degree
At least 3-5 years of electronic industry sales experience
Broad sales experience in the Electronics Industry characterized by a sustained record of Sales achievement
Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Industry experience and familiarity with the electronic component and CEM transfer process
Relationship building, teamwork and clear communication skills are imperative
Judgment and critical thinking to analyze complex business situations
Establishing and keep good relationship with customers under critical situation
