Required

3 to 5 years of Fund Finance transactional experience

Proficient in subscription credit facilities

Experience with NAV, management company, hybrid, and other fund finance facilities

Experience drafting financing documents for complex transactions

Ability to effectively manage client relationships

Ability to move transactions forward independently

Strong academic credentials

Relevant law firm experience

Strong interpersonal skills

Desire for in-office development and client interaction
