693/O&P NERC Regulatory Compliance Specialist
CAMS is focused on ensuring compliance with NERC, FERC, and regional reliability standards across energy sites. The NERC Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for regulatory reporting, compliance program monitoring, training, and coordination with regulatory entities.

Responsibilities
Support facility personnel on NERC, EIA, and regional reliability compliance matters
Prepare and oversee regulatory reports for NERC, WECC, and other entities
Conduct compliance reviews, recommend program improvements, and implement best practices
Communicate with NERC, WECC, and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely reporting and compliance
Develop and deliver compliance training to site personnel
Oversee contractor/vendor regulatory adherence
Maintain compliance records and documentation
Qualification
Required
3-10 years in NERC compliance or a related industry
Power plant operations, NERC/FERC/WECC regulations, and reporting requirements
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and compliance tracking tools
Up to 25% travel for site visits and off-site activities
Ability to lift 25 lbs., work in industrial environments, and perform occasional physical tasks
Valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
Comfortable operating a vehicle as part of job responsibilities
Legally authorized for employment in the United States
Will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering, regulatory affairs, or related field
