Responsibilities
Coordinate and support sales penetration in the waste water market
Lead the research, development, and execution of specific market plans for the waste water segment
Research, roadmap, and develop strategic plans with timelines and support requirements
Increase end user awareness and usage of Yaskawa products and services
Pursue OEMs that are important to target markets
Support field sales in pursuit of stated objectives
Maintain and direct staff to provide quotations to Waste Water customers and other general purpose quotations
Design and provide all related trade shows and marketing materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with coursework in marketing or business
Minimum of 10 years in industrial sales
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a lead marketing role with management responsibilities
At least 4 years of experience developing the waste water market
Deep knowledge of automation systems, waste water treatment plants, pumps and processes
Thorough understanding of drive competitors in Waste Water – both technically and commercially
Deep knowledge of the complex sales cycle including selling to top level executives, facility owners and public utilities
Thorough understanding of situational selling, value propositions and interpersonal relationships
